Why white roses?

The people of Dresden are standing up against the use of the commemoration of 13 February 1945 to promote anti-democratic ideologies, attitudes and actions contrary to human dignity

By wearing a white rose we show that our commemoration looks in another direction: it is a sign for overcoming war, racism and violence!
